Autumn Running
Its that time of year again when we think about some good cross country runs,fields of mud,ditches of water etc.Running over such terrain is excellent endurance work strenghthening the core and building up a solid base level.
While running in road shoes is not impossible,keeping a secure footing on the soft ground can be hard as the treads are not that deep.Enter the trail shoe.These have a much more rugged sole with a studded moulding allowing you to get a firmer footing and stronger propulsion.
Your run now becomes a positive one and not one slipping in all directions.

We have the new adidas kanadia trail shoes in both mens, womens and childrens. (the childrens trail shoe is a unisex shoe, and is the same colour as the mens).
